"All I can say is wow. So I purchased a king size bed with an adjustable base and a twin bed. If I could give a million star review I would. The amount of hospitality he has is amazing. Very very very good customer service. I could be on here all day giving this company compliments. I did read the reviews before I purchased a bed and I do not understand the couple of bad reviews that were on here so I chalked it up to a person that is impossible to plz. "I was able to find a wonderful mattress that would suit our needs as my girlfriend has osteoporosis and the old mattress we had was not suitable so after talking to Domingo at Factory direct mattress his knowledge and the professionalism led us to the perfect mattress for us he was very respectful to us and made good. "I absolutely love this mattress! It's super comfortable and has the perfect amount of firmness. Not to hard and not to soft. Perfect for those that are between firmness. I had my teenager test this out because he needed a bigger bed and he loves it! Domingo and his staff gave us excellent service and the delivery was flawless!"
