"I was just there earlier today and bought my little brother a pair of shoes for Christmas. The lady working the cash register(she didn’t have a name tag) charged me twice for the ONE pair of shoes. I bought FOUR THINGS AND MY TOTAL WAS 119$. Socks,a cup,shoes.and wrapping paper. There is NO REASON that it should have been even 80$. I didn’t think about it until I was about halfway home and looked at the receipt and that’s when I realized I was charged $41.27 twice for the same pair of shoes"
"very rude costumer service. was simply laughing with my cousin (nothing inappropriate) and got asked to find my parent or leave just simply walked away and ended up finding my aunt as she was walking around shopping. i went back to the girls section and started getting yelled at to bring a parent over or i can leave while i was asking what i did. my aunt walked over and told her we didn’t do anything and she doesn’t care what the lady had to say. as we all walk away to go discuss if we are done shopping she yells security check. we just payed and left."
"The store was clean and neat. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had to look for a dressing room, they moved them from old areas. The price was right (I had a 30% off coupon) and check-out was easy. Thanks Kohls!"
