"My employer paid for this hotel room for several weeks. The first week wasnt good. There were large bugs under the covers. I told management and they moved me to another room. In the middle of winter the AC was blowing full blast in both rooms. It took a while for rooms to get warm. Breakfast is great but it doesnt open untill 6 am. I have to be at work that early in the morning so I missed out on it everyday except rain days The location is on the far end of town but the good news is that all the town's restaurants are also on the same street so there's plenty of places to choose from if you're hungry"

"We had a great overnight stay here! The room and facilities were clean and staff we very helpful. The pool area was great and perfect for us and our kids to relax after a long day. The hot breakfast was good and Vicki went out of her way to make us feel welcome and relaxed during our meal. We will definitely be staying here when we are in town."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very professional and friendly. THE room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and standard. The washer and dryer are functional however old cost $1.75 each. The only thing that would have made this stay perfect if they would have had the same beds as their sister hotel in sidney Nebraska."

"Stayed here for work. In the 6 week stay I was here I dealt with poor quality service from different aspects. The cleaning crew didn't make sure to clean 100% as expected. My bed would be half made or my floor never looked vacuumed. I never even used the couch because it looked crusty from day one. I don't even want to begin to explain the obnoxious guests almost every night after 10pm. Being on the third floor opened a nightmare of chaos. The screaming kids (teenagers to college age) would run up and down the hallway, slamming shut every door it seemed possible. Calling the front desk doesn't do any good because most of the time they've just checked in for the night. Would not recommend to someone who values a good night sleep. Breakfast is at least included, along with a hot tub and pool, however I never used them. I have no future plans to ever need to return to Burlington, but it's at least with in 10 minutes of Fun City for those of interest."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our room was great. The bed was a little hard and we found a baggie of tobacco beside it. The pool was warm and beautiful. However it would be nice to have a late "adults only " swim time. There were alot of young, unsupervised kids, using the pool and jumping in the hot tub. They also shut the breakfast down early, which was disappointing. However it is still a very nice hotel. Better than most."
