"Me and my husband and kiddo got to our room and it smelled like B.O. and very musty, we always check the beds first thing, there was hair all over the sheets, there was a smashed bug on the wall. It was filthy. We went and told the front desk, he showed us a different room which was better by the looks of it, smelled fresh and the beds were clean and more comfortable however, under both beds there was empty coke can, empty body armor bottle and dirt, wrappers. No one had obviously looked under the beds or cleaned under there for quite a while.. but the woman working the front desk did take the time to let us know she Is sorry and that this is not there standards and they did give us a discount. I am all for those who can recognize when something is wrong and try to fix it. That is amazing customer service.. last night we said we would never be back, but the customer service changed our minds this morning.. apologies and understanding can go along way when it comes to customer service. Really appreciated that."

"Rooms are filthy. They atheist switched us to another room that was a little cleaner. The saying you get what you pay for is applicable here. The rooms are low quality but the customer service made it up for it. Atheist for one night."

"The hotel doesn’t take care of the parking lot, so I got snowed in and asked the manager to refund me my stay. She acted as if she couldn’t refund my money even though she acted like she understood my frustration. Then on top of that the amenities are outdated and barely work. The manager sounds like a drug addict who isn’t willing to do what’s right for their customers, and honestly I see why nobody wants to stay there unless they are desperate because it reminds me of a crack house with no care for the facilities! I will be contacting the better business bureau about this experience as well!"

"The room was dirty and I stayed in different rooms. Here are the pictures. Some of the staff was really nice but rooms were not good. Towel hanging up in bathroom had been used. Bathroom was dirty. Found a somebody’s pizza crust under the bed."

"Me, my husband & our Fur baby stayed here for 3 months, The manager & her daughter were awesome, they gave us such awesome hospitality. They made us feel so welcomed. I stayed in Rm #122, Room was clean when I got there, Had access to a washer & dryer which made our stay better. Only thing I can complain about were random people outside at night smoking weed and being loud. Other than that, everything else was great & it's budget friendly."
