"I have had an issue with my washer, and the local store was struggling with finding someone to get it repaired. Your manager Marcus was outstanding and helped me with issue. Your store manager was on top of following up with me, insuring I was satisfied with the solution. I was able to get my washer fixed and returned to me. A+ effort, accountability, and customer service from the staff."

"I ordered a fridge from the RAC website, paid my down payment & scheduled a delivery. The day of the scheduled delivery I called after they didn’t show up within the timeframe I selected and was told the website/app doesn’t communicate with the local store and they didn’t have me scheduled for any delivery at all (why you’re able to complete a purchase and schedule a delivery online if the store has no clue about it is beyond me but that’s not the point.) A month down the road they increased my approval rate so I called the store to start renting an electric dryer (because I now knew I couldn’t just order it online) and paid the down payment and scheduled delivery with the employee who delivered my fridge, within the few days I scheduled that delivery my daughter was born via emergency c section so I asked to push my fridge payment back two days until I got my new dryer as well, they agreed told me the payment was pushed and not to worry. The payment date never updated and they stacked almost $30 on my fridge payment as a late fee, cool whatever I should have just paid on my original due date, but I’m sent home from the hospital anxiously awaiting my new dryer so I can catch up on laundry that has needed done for quite some time, delivery timeframe shows up, nothing. So I call the store and am told they don’t have me in their schedule yet again. Same employee who said they’d push my payment & schedule my delivery failed to do both, so I am now waiting a whole week longer for a working dryer and just checked my app, they added the expensive Maytag dryer when I ordered & specifically requested the Amana dryer that is $5 less a week. The credit manager was uninterested in me being upset and basically treated me like a child during our phone call. Offered zero compensation except a free week on the dryer which I haven’t even received and by the time i do receive it the first payment will be due the next day. If I didn’t need to utilize the renting option I would not continue going through rent a center."
