"Sales person was super helpful explaining the process and how they constructed the mattress and helping me decide which mattress was best for me. The delivery people were very prompt arriving well within the time frame they gave me and took out the old mattress and brought in the new one and explained how to remove the top part of the mattress cover for laundering. They were in and out within 15-20 minutes"
