"I’ve been to this spa numerous times and have a few different services and all of them have been wonderful. However, I made an appointment for a seaweed wrap and a massage for my birthday and to my surprise, they had only scheduled me for a seaweed wrap. While disappointed, I understand mistakes happen, but I received no apologies. No trying to right their wrong. I called and spoke to a manager, Vivian, a few days later. While she was apologetic, she said she would call me back later that day after she spoke with the owner (who I originally asked to speak to). It is has been 3 days since and I still have not received a call back. It’s very disappointing that this place that employs talented people to preform services, will lose this customer due to lack of customer service."
"Went with a friend for a couples massage and it was the best massage experience we have both ever had. The ladies were very friendly and knew which areas to focus on. The rooms are very relaxing and calming. The front desk assistant is nice as well. Will definitely go back when I visit the city."
