"Review reflects handing of Covid. Extremely disappointed with this school. "Teachers" are not even recording lectures or anything, they are all just directing you to the book to learn absolutely everything. What are these guys getting paid for? They are doing nothing but grade and redirecting students to the book or powerpoints for content. I'm literally googling lectures on youtube to understand some of my classes. Amazing that these "teachers" even call themselves that. During this period they need their titles removed because the book is teaching me, not them. Amazed there is no oversight to make sure teachers are actually teaching. Extremely disappointing."

"They absolutely do not care about the returning students. Payed out of pocket and are still given the run around and don't respond to anything. Rudest and most awful place. What's sadder is they won't respond to this in any way, shape, or form either."

"Great place to start (no matter the age). The missions staff are very helpful and professional. The greatest thing about this campus is that; there is no extreme lines to see a counselor, financial aid representative, or for any sections."

"The campus has so many resources to help facilitate students to succeed. But the staff and oversight is absolutely awful. "At EPCC, you're more than just a number." No, we're nothing more than a check to be cashed. There are so many fees tacked onto an already inflated tuition. For their emergency loans, if you make either payment late, it's an additional $15 per payment. There's a $10 "processing" fee. If you have a balance remaining at the end of the semester, you have to pay $50 in addition to what you owe. To take online classes, they add a "distance learning" fee. In what realm can people realistically come up with half of their tuition in 2 months? And the rest of it a month later? They place holds on your account for every reason under the sun. This college is by far the absolutely worst facility. Their staff really doesn't care about students either. Going to any office, you're met with so much pushback & "oh well, it's 'cause..." For people working at a community college, they sure lack the vocabulary of being college educated."

"The campus is good, including the classes and services offered, but the waiting time for calling takes forever, adding that there is a chance that your call could be "hang-up," more than twice. Call service needs to improve there are so many concerns. Students and parents have questions"
