"Totally collapse of admin in this organization in last two months. Failure to communicate with me OVER AND OVER agian - just to changean appointment. EVEN THOUGH i spoke with a doctor's nurse who apoligized and promised to gert babk to me a week ago ! NEVER HAPPENED. I have mad a dozen calls in last month and ZERO response! Dr Perez is a greay doctor- his admin support - is HORRIBLE!"

"I was a patient with Dr Parvez, I was suddenly terminated form the practice for rescheduling couple of appointments. After being terminated I’m unable to visit ANY doctor at any of the Texas Oncology locations. In spite of trying to speak to the office to allow me back I was recently told that I said was not going to complaint with the medicine course recommended by Dr Perez which is not true!!"
"Receptionist when you first walk in is rude. That position requires great customer service and patient interaction. It is a dread to have to get through her first before you get called into the back. I know some doctors practice at other facilities. I will most definitely look into those other options. I would hate to walk through those doors daily to see her unpleasant attitude. It makes treatment uneasy. I live 5 mins away from this facility and am willing to travel downtown to avoid these negative vibes. It ruins the remaining of your day dealing with ppl with that type of demeanor. It’s quite frustrating."
