"Apparently all of the low star reviews are accurate. I’ve filled my prescriptions with Walgreens for years, have had the same insurance for years, but in transferring my prescriptions to this location, all of a sudden, there’s a problem. They can’t find my insurance. They’ve filled the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. And specifically, the pink haired individual in the pharmacy really needs an attitude adjustment. Rude and condescending for no apparent reason aside from clearly disliking their job and wanting to push their bad day off on others. Do better!"
"I’ve never written a review but this pharmacy is so slow it’s impressive I don’t know if they are understaffed or slow mentally but it’s wild. If you need medicine I sincerely recommend to go somewhere else. Side note it’s not 24 hours pharmacy it’s a lie. I hope I saved one person"
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. After seeing so many negative remarks about the staff, I know I am not alone when it comes to having a horrible experience at this location. The female pharmacist that handed me my prescription wanted to hand it to me without a bag. I asked if she could put it in a bag. She got upset about it and with my hand reaching out to grab the bag she dropped it on the counter without saying a word. She looked past me asking for the next person to step forward before I could even get the bag. Complete show of disrespect."
"Kristen is a stereotypical horrible manager who doesn’t care about her staff at all. The pharmacy had one person who knew what they were doing and Kristen said she is too busy to help. There were 20 customers in the pharmacy and 2 in the rest of the store. I was on hold for over an hour. I heard them call IC3 and “manager to pharmacy” over and over and Kristen said, “it’s always like that.” She lied and said managers don’t know how to check people out or answer phones when it’s a fact that managers are trained in the pharmacy. Samantha, you deserve so much more help than what Kristen is willing to give you. I’m so sorry she’s a manager for y’all."
"This Walgreens location can get busy as it’s right on riverside in a busy plaza. Store was clean and well stocked, but checkout line was long and there’s no self checkout kiosks."
