"I took my 16yo cat this morning. She and I couldn’t be happier. She had claws that had grown into her pads. I didn’t realize. The fix was quick, but beyond my skill set. The consultation was extended and informative. The staff, from front desk, to the Vet Tech, to the Vet, kind and helpful. Emancipet provides a separate cat waiting room, which limited O.G.’s (Orange Girl) trauma. Please see their website for a list of services, and restrictions (which are good for everyone, and their pets)! I can’t remember leaving a veterinary practice without being $150 lighter—today I spent Ten Bucks. My 16yo cat is acting like a kitten again!"

"My girlfriend and I brought our pet here at this location in the morning and when we arrived everything seemed normal. Later in the afternoon , we received a txt message stating that our pet is ready to be picked up at 4:45. So we arrived back 10 mins earlier from that time. We went to the front desk and the lady that was talking to us told us we had to wait till 5pm so apparently the pick up time they told us didn’t matter. The lady also was trying to charge us of a payment that was already covered by our voucher we presented to them in the morning. The same lady , again tried to charge us other expenses that we did not agree to having and the whole time we felt very uncomfortable with her attitude only towards us and not others. We then waited past 5pm and watched everyone that came after us leave before us. Overall- we did not appreciate our experience at this location and how unprofessional this employee was to us. It felt discriminating. Our pet is fine but I think they shaved way too much hair off our cat for the spaying procedure. We will never go back to this location."

"Great place for getting pet vaccines, neuter/spay, monthly preventatives, microchips for a good price. All the techs and front desk are so friendly. If you have special needs, this isn’t the place for you but for not exciting normal dog maintenance needs, it’s perfect! there can be a wait but if you come as odd hours, there is no wait at all."

"I’ve taken all my past pets here, since 2011, and the mobile clinic for spay and neuters. They all healed perfectly. I’ve also taken them to get their shots and preventive here, always great prices. Recently my dog needed to be spayed since she had an infection in her uterus and i waited in line at the free clinic for 5 hours but didn’t make it in since they reached max big dog capacity. I was devastated and called the resource center and discussed what I could do. The woman was so kind and went above and beyond to help. I got a call back an hour later saying she was accepted as an emergency case at the Norwood location and take her asap. I took her and they were very prompt and completed her surgery within and hour and a half. I am very beyond grateful they got her in. Cannot thank enough. Stella says thank you too!"
