"We are so lucky this vet is so close to our house. We have had to make many quick drives there with our old-man-cat, Kitten, the staff has been like a new family to him and always make us feel so welcome with their warm-calming and caring demeanor."

"Worst vet clinic. Told me my cat needed the UR cat food. Really expensive. Never actually did a test. A few years later took my cat back in. Told me he had fleas because his stomach was missing a lot of hair where he had licked it. Our cat had been like that for several years. We had recently finished going through 2 months of flea treatment, had an exterminator over, and I knew for a fact that my cats were flea-free. Vet started to belittle me like I’m a child telling me she was right and I was wrong. She never even checked the cat for fleas and told me to treat for fleas. I decided to try a different vet. The new vet told me she suspected the licking was due to an allergy, possibly the UR food that the Dessau clinic vet had prescribed. She actually did a test and realized our cat didn’t have crystals and didn’t need the UR food. We stopped the food and soon he stopped licking the hair off his stomach. Not only did the Dessau clinic cause me to waste A LOT of money on food my cat didn’t need AND treat me like a child, they actually did my cat MORE harm by prescribing food they were allergic to without testing. How are people like this even in business?"

The surgery went well and we have been going back for post ops quite frequently. The staff Nikki, John and Mary are SO helpful and caring to our dog. I have boarded my cats here too, and they were great care takers and had lots of updates when I came back. There’s something going on with one of my cat right now, possibly seizures, and Dr. Campbell has not only been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but she offered a referral to a specialist, and is just very kind to my fur babies.
