"My cat, Tiny, was having high fever and was not eating well so I brought him to the Austin Medical Center. He was there almost the entire day and the staff took great care of him. They are great people who love the animals and enjoy interacting with them. I was explained how to care for my cat for the next few days and how to administer the antibiotics and the doctor followed up the next day with the blood test results and more suggestions on how to proceed. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you all!"
"Dr Farmer and his wife are awesome! The staff is usually nice but not alway because of the constant employee turnover, they seldom have the same front desk staff. Place is clean and my dogs are healthy so I do recommend them a d it's nice that the staff is bilingual."
"Animal Medical Center of Austin is amazing. I am willing to make the drive due to the service and team. Dr.Farmer is a compassionate, informative & caring veterinarian. One of the best veterinarians I’ve had. He cares about your pets health and does only what is necessary for your pet. He did my dogs surgery & called me as soon as he was done to update me. The staff is so kind & welcoming. Jessica went over all the discharge instructions and answered all my questions! Kayla checked me out with no wait! This team is great. I step in the building and feel nothing but positive vibes. That’s all I can ask for, a place where I feel my pet is in the right hands. I highly recommend you bring your pet here!"
