"Dr. Rob at ATX Animal Clinic is great! He was so attentive and caring. He took the time to answer all our questions and take care of all our puppy's needs. We had an emergency visit one night with our puppy and Dr. Rob was sent notes from the visit the following day. He followed up with us the next day to make sure our puppy was okay. The nurse technicians are also amazing! Always so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ATX Animal Clinic."

"Dr. Rob is great with my dog Hey Jude. We've seen her through Heartworm treatment and tumor removal. He is patient and helps me understand the process to help my dog get better. Their office is so kind to my wild doggy, and they are happy to see her when we come in. Best vet office in town!"

"Dr Rob and the entire ATX Animal Clinic staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable professionals that I would (and have) highly recommend to friends and family who love their pets. We trust Dr Rob with our dogs from when they’re playful puppies to sugar-faced seniors, and they are much happier and healthier for it."

"Came here after a very bad experience with Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital. The difference is like night and day. ATX puts a personal touch on everything they provide in terms of animal care. Our Jack Russell Breezy, was seen, diagnosed, and proper treatment was effected regarding a skin infection. We were seen upon arrival and finished within 20 minutes. The Vet was incredibly friendly and helpful with regard to our pup. Found a vet home!"

"ATX Animal Clinic is the Best! 4 years ago, I did a lot of research to find a great veterinary clinic in North Central Austin that was small, well managed, privately owned (not corp owned) and "low key" with reasonable fees. Dr. Rob and Dr. Hardy are animal medicine experts who are conservative in their testing but also very thorough in treating my pets, as needed. For example, when I asked Dr. Hardy if she would advise a test for feline leukemia virus for my cat who was free roaming for the first half of her life, she responded by saying, "there are no symptoms and no cure." I opted to have Kitty Girl tested anyway and learned that my pretty princess was virus free. The cost of the test was worth it to me for my peace of mind, but it was not suggested or advised by Dr. Hardy. Also, Dr. Hardy and Dr. Rob are kind and empathic when you do DUMB things like run out of the house for the entire day without stopping to throw out the wet cat food that was not eaten. I made my poor little guy sick! The next day, Dr Rob's expert treatment made him well again in just a few hours, and I felt much better also! I sure won't make that mistake again! It's impressive that the Front Desk Ladies and the Tech Team are polite, professional and friendly. It is clear to see that they are well trained and happy to be part of ATX Animal Clinic. My pets and I am happy also, as you can tell by my positive experience(s). Big Thanks, ATX team!"
