"Before the big 2024 freeze I decided to rescue a feral cat (George) who had been living in my backyard for almost a year, and made an appointment to get him tested and vaccinated so he could start to integrate with my other house cats. First of all, Best Vet had very good scheduling availability so I was able to get him in on short notice. This was also the first time I had handled a feral cat (he is truly feral and not just a nice stray), and I was EXTREMELY ANXIOUS about him getting freaked out and causing a ruckus, but the staff handled him so well--with both care and skill--and kept him under control the whole time. Dr. Bob was so kind and informative about his findings and what to expect next. I got the test results in minutes and they gave him all his shots while he was in the carrier. I was so incredibly grateful that the whole appointment went smoothly and I will only take George here from now on."

I'd rather have a vet who I feel actually cares and listens, than one who rushes us into making expensive decisions and doesn't answer our questions."
