"I usually don’t write reviews…. But I feel like I should for the experience I went through, My cat had worms and I took him to this clinic to get treated, After the vet confirm he had worms, She administered the drontal tablet to him, Without my discretion and charged me a administration fee . My cat was choking on it for a while. Furthermore, I had to provide a stool sample for the fecal test, To clarify I already had a stool sample- and the vet told me it wasn’t enough and I would have to come back to submit another in two weeks. She also said I would have to book an appointment to submit the sample. I couldn’t book an appointment because, There weren’t any slots Available, After requesting a refund for the fecal test. That was never provided, Tonya refused to give me a refund- She didn’t even try to accommodate me and she also refused to give me the other half of the medication that I paid for .The service I was given and refusal granted me a horrible experience. I had to spend more money at another clinic to get my kitten treated worms. Beware of this clinic"

"Originally set up an appointment to take my dog for her yearly vaccines and heartworm test on Saturday afternoon. They called and asked me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was told that they were out of heartworm tests so I would not be able to get Simparica trio as I had originally wanted with no potential fix for this issue that I was not at fault for. I went ahead and got my dog’s yearly vaccines. Throughout all the chaos of getting my dog vaccinated the vet mentioned there would be another clinic the next day where I could get the heartworm test done. In all of this confusion one of the workers gave me a 12 month supply of Bravecto that I mistakenly paid for and did not realize until I had gotten home. I called the store as soon as I got home and was told to raise the issue at another clinic. However at the next clinic when I explained the situation I was told that there was nothing that could be done and I was not stuck with the Bravecto that I did not originally want. I had to call the customer service line multiple times before I was able to speak with a representative. After explaining my situation I was told there was nothing they could do for me despite this being their mistake. Very displeased with how this situation has been handled. I went to this clinic to try and save money as I am on a very tight budget as of lately. I find it very unprofessional that I am being forced to pay for their mistake when I was just trying to take care of my dog, and I still do not have heartworm preventative for my dog. No one at Vetco has even remotely tried to help me."

"Rudy and Lisa are amazing individuals. They are so nice and very helpful. Our Genesis loves her visits and clinic is very clean. Our family just loves this place."

"Pocahontas aka Poca was seen today and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with so much care. Everyone I encountered was amazing. We are due back in a month and can't wait to see everyone again. I will be referring everyone I know to this clinic. Thank you for such wonderful care. Our appointment was on time and we were in and out. We even stayed and chatted a few minutes after."

"I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. They were busy, but took the time to answer all questions and listen to my concerns. The staff here was wonderful! The clinic was clean, and they do a great job keeping the dogs separate. I loved the vet, Dr. Grey, but the vet tech, who I believe was named Kayvonne, is why we will become a permanent patient. He was kind and patient despite being extremely busy. I trusted him immediately. He gave me wonderful advice for my dog. I was truly impressed!"
