"My two terriers and I have been in town all week for the holidays, and my 9 yo son titus, has been displaying signs of stress so I was looking for a vet. My brother told me he takes his big dog to the VCA in Spring, but their next opening wasn't till Tues, Jan. 2nd, and this was Friday, December 29th so I registered online for a 10:30 appointment at the Tomball location. When we got there, the receptionist said the online appointment hadn't gone thru, but they had an 11:00 but we'd probably be seen sooner and took us to a room. We waited less than 5 minutes and Casey, the vet tech came in and got his history info and the reason we were there. She was sooo personable and thorough and also asked if we were interested in finding remedies for my dogs itching since I'd brought that up. Lastly Dr. Gresham came in and asked questions, and gave titus a hands-on physical, checking his ears, eyes, teeth, as well as feeling for any abnormalities. He sent us home with some medicine to take the edge off and help titus relax. This morning I received a call from VCA checking up on titus to see how he was doing. I am so grateful I found this practice even though I live in north Texas, I know where I can bring them if there's ever another issue. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and Casey AND Dr. Gresham were obviously concerned and so very attentive to what I was saying. Thank you for having such an awesome team!!"
"Unfortunately it was not a happy visit as we had to put my 16 yr old chihuahua "Nugget" down. Although we were very sad I will say the whole office was very compassionate and accommodating. Bless them for the work they do I could never do that everyday."
