"Animal Medical Center of the Village is wonderful! I have a classroom bunny. They offer a discount for teachers/classroom pets. Buster Bunny had a thorough check up & I love that Dr. Taylor was very detailed and also gave me the name of other facilities where I can take Buster in an emergency if the Animal Medical Center of the Village is closed. The entire staff was great! Thanks Austin & Dr. Taylor for loving on Buster, being thorough, and kind. I think it's cool that at the end of visits we get a short summary report. One of my favorite things was being able to share Buster's vet report with my class. Thanks for all you do!"

"Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Animal Medical Center! Everyone from the reception staff to the techs to the doctors and the back staff were so incredibly helpful and so kind when I had to say good bye to my cat of 17 years. From the diagnosis to the treatment to the final goodbye, the communication and follow up visits, even though hard, were made easy to feel like everyone cared, that there were options of treatment and that if I need anything, they would help me make it happen. "I have been taking my dog for many years to this clinic. My dog is my baby and means the world to me. Dr Jordan, Dr Taylor and Dr Leidy have all been amazing and very compassionate towards my dogs needs. I love how I can make an appointment and feel comfortable leaving her in their loving care. Unfortunately, after 17 years it was time to say goodbye to my dog. The entire staff was so accommodating with my special circumstances and treated my family and my dog with peace and love. This clinic has always handled apppintments, invoices, and medical needs with with the utmost care and accuracy. Especially at the end of her life when I had to visit a different clinic due to an emergency, I was able to come back to Animal Medical Center of the Village and receive more thorough care. From the time I called to inquire about scheduling to discharge after the scan, I had a great experience at the hospital. A team member promptly called me back and answered all my questions and scheduled the scan. I dropped her off for the scan and had the pleasure of meeting Dr Taylor, who was super helpful and informative. All of the staff members I interacted with were knowledgeable, kind, courteous and polite. They took great care of my bun and made the entire experience seamless.
