"Just want to say that Dr. Patel is a very good veterinarian, we've been bringing our pet there since he was about 3 months old, he's now 6 yrs old, praise God. He's been well taken care of here, so no complaints regarding the Vet. However, the staff up front could work on having a better system on the calls, at times, the hold time is way too long! And yes the phone rings after being on hold for a while & then recording comes in indicating calls can't be answered at the time to call back! This is the only complaint other than this we would and do recommend this facility to others."
