"I had a great experience, first time I boarded my dog Asher. But the second time was worst especially the grooming, big NO NO.. I had requested de- Shed, teeth brushing, bath, nail filing and haircut.. haircut was uneven and pathetic, does not look like they even use a shampoo for bath, his face was all dirty and so was the entire coat..and they did not brush his teeth at all..his nails are so badly done, that they are super sharp then before...He was not even brushed, hairs all over him Also front desk is unfriendly and do not want to take any responsibility or want to help I boarded him from Nov1 to Nov 9 and asked for grooming just before the pick up. Now I was not informed about increased in charge at all while booking almost a month before, During payment they said that the charge for 6*6 which still shows $36 per day on their website is increased to $42 from Nov 1st... so I have to pay increased amount and sorry that I was not informed during the booking and lady at front desk said I did not take your booking, so I cannot help here... Nor did I groomed your dog, so I cannot help here too !? I won't be boarding my dog with them anymore... and recommend not to board your pets"
