"I will say this first, staff was friendly and I would go back. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the medication given to my dog without my permission or even my knowledge. My german shepherd was there a total of 5 days and I’m all for keeping him as comfortable as possible while he is are away from home. But please next time you give a dog 12 anti stress pills please inform me first. I just called (2/11/23 10:38) and was told this is giving to all dogs. If I was called and asked “can we help him by giving him anti stress medication” I most likely would have said yes, But please let me make that call."
"We have a 10 month old Mini Aussie. First time we had ever boarded any dog we have ever owned so we’re very nervous. We came to tour first and were greeted and welcomed . We were led through all the different kennel quarters. Very clean. We witnessed the tender loving care given by caretakers inside the quarters with sweet snuggling. Lots of pasture land for running and playing. We immediately made a reservation for 3 nights. Loved the kennel with doggy door so she could see outside during the day . She did great . We added 1 playtime a day. On pickup, she was clean and ready to come home. We did call twice during her stay to check on her and they responded graciously with notes they had been taking. Very good decision leaving Jovie in such loving hands."
