"My dog is on Rx food, and not only do they rarely have it in stock but when they do I have to hope their office is open to purchase. I went to the facility Saturday before closing time, the doors were locked, lights off, and no one was present. I follow-up with the manager today, and she informed me she was there until after 2p, which that wasn’t the case. She attempted to accommodate by sending me over an Rx through email, letting me know that Petsmart might not take it if it’s not printed out, but I figured I’d try anyway since round trip in a commute is over an hour and their business hours clash with my schedule. Also, at no point prior until today was the expectation set that if I pay the $10 for the Rx I would be covered for the year. I was told in the past that it would be $10 for every request. Unfortunately, Petsmart is out of stock in the area. I call back, and speak with a front desk person that tells me that they accept their last appointment at 5 during the week and leave after, completely different from what the manager made it seem. So why wouldn’t the business hours be updated to reflect this? How are you accommodating your customers that don’t require an appointment, just need to pick-up? She follows up by saying the latest they can stay “according to the doctor” to accommodate me is 5:45p. Just terrible customer service. I follow-up by saying, please have a physical copy of the Rx ready when I pick up the food. She states, why would you need that? The manager stated she sent it to your email. Yet the manager informed me that Petsmart might not accept an emailed Rx. No one seems to be on the same page. At this point I am looking around for another vet."

"The vet prescribed medication that chewy never delivered. I went to purchase directly from the vet. They had closed an hour early for a special event. The vet reopened and took care of me personally. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!"

"I thought a lot about leaving the message, which I don't do unless it's something shocking and this is the worst place I've ever been to, they are evil and they play with your money. My puppy had a few days of low spirits with diarrhea and they said it was Parvovirus and it was FALSE. They only wanted money and since I didn't have money to pay at the time, they described the worst scenario to me and not even a prescription, they gave me something alternative, nothing, just the doctor. He asked me how much was the most he could pay for the love of God. How crazy to play like that with people and their pets."

"They have been taking care of my baby since 2022 and have been amazing! They are soo friendly and truly care about their pet patients. The doctor is knowledgeable and kind. One of my fave parts of living in Spring Branch!"

"Highly recommend! This place is really fantastic. Rachel (I think that’s her name) up front is delightful and I always feel taken care of. I try to be picky about the time I go so I don’t have a long wait to be seen and I’ve never been at their office longer than 45 mins total. They are efficient and I’m typically seen right away but I don’t feel rushed and the veterinarian asked me at least 3 times if all of my questions had been answered. I really do recommend these folks. Be patient with the staff as they all seem to work very hard and are just trying to get everyone helped."
