"The WHOLE staff here is amazing! We had the unfortunate experience of having to put our dog down from old age/cancer ( a first for my husband and I) and they kindly walked us through gently step by step. Took as much time as we needed and gave us info every step of the way. They had a button so we could say our goodbyes privately and we could press it when we were ready. Tons of blankets so she could be comfortable. AND they even sent a sympathy card a few days later. ALSO a beautiful flower arrangement a few days after that. I felt like they truly cared about our dog. Will always be a customer."
