"When our 18 year old cat was being diagnosed we have experienced only compassion and professionalism. They were carrying and explained all options fully. Our cat passed away on the day she was scheduled to be put down. Today a week later we received a condolences card with hand written notes from the hospital. It was an unexpected beautiful Christmas gift."
