"It's really sad. This place has given what seemed to be good care, however they have terrible customer service. At our last visit, I requested spay service for my female cat and was assured a surgical scheduler would call me to get this scheduled. No one ever did. Now, of course, it has become urgent. I have emailed them twice, left a voice mail, and reached out through their "Contact Us" link on their website. Nothing. They refuse to respond to my request. I've spent a lot of money with this facility getting my rescued kitten its recommended care, shots, follow-up visits, rabies vax, etc. Now, they refuse to respond? It really is frustrating and I do not recommend this facility."

"Amazing experience. My cat is a rescue with a lot of anxiety around being in a carrier and vet visits especially after some past bad experiences. I get anxious about taking her to the vet too because I hate seeing her suffer so when it was time to get her up to date with her vaccines I was dreading it. From setting an appointment to the visit itself everything was made easy for us. Since Smoosh is new to this vet they told us they had to do a routine check up to see her overall condition before she was vaccinated. I talked with the technician about my cat's anxiety and how it's always easier on her to have shorter vet visits. She quickly arranged for both the exam and vaccines to be done super quickly. The vet came already knowing about this and made sure to take care of everything needed asap. We were so so appreciative of them doing this for us. It took maybe 15 minutes to get it all done and checked out. It's staff like this who truly make you feel reassured that your pet is their first concern. Thank you for such a top notch experience."

"My 2 year old pug had surgery to remove a foreign object and the technician, Jennifer kept me posted throughout the entire process because she knew I was very worried. She sent me a picture of my little girl and made her feel more comfortable and loved. Dr. Harris and Dr. Hicks made me feel extremely at peace before and after surgery. They truly take care of the animals as if it were their own. What an amazing experience!"
