I could not trust another office more with the care of both of my pups. My mother and sister also bring their dogs here because of the exemplary care! "I had a great experience taking my dog Rocky for a sick visit. Not only was I able to get an appointment quickly everyone was so nice and they took such good care of my dog. From greeting him ( he’s a very nervous dog) to making sure he was as comfortable as he can be during his exam. Dr Jones was amazing and she went over all our options. She genuinely seemed to care about my dog and she took the time to answer all questions I had. Liz was the tech who greeted us before seeing the doctor and she too was amazing and did a thorough assessment of my dog prior to the vet seeing him. She was so personable and appeared she really cared about my dogs comfort and wellbeing also."

"I am very impressed with this animal hospital! This was my third time visiting. The first time was for a medical visit. The second time was for his annual exam. This time was for a grooming appointment. Each time everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient from scheduling the appointment to checking out after our visit. We never had to wait long. The fees were very reasonable. No one tried to force additional services on us. They actually try to make your life easier and save your time. My dog, Anderson, can be challenging as he is a rescue. He can take a while to warm up to people. Each person we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. No one forced him. They made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Jordan really took his time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. This is an added bonus. A vet that is just as good with people as he is with animals. I wanted to get Anderson groomed. Like I said, he is challenging so I was concerned that grooming might not be an option. One of the groomers, Lynne, actually came to see Anderson during our annual exam visit! She said that it is possible to groom him. I scheduled a grooming appointment. I didn't have to wait long to get him in. I still can't believe the level of customer service at this place! The grooming appointment went very well from dropping him off to picking him up. Lynne is so nice, and I can tell she truly loves animals. Anderson looks great! I am truly grateful for everyone at this hospital."

"I can’t say enough good things about the team at Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital. — The compassion, quality care, and knowledge the team here have go above and beyond and have far exceed my expectations. As always, they answer all of our questions during any appointments but in a recent, we have had to make several trips for our Jessie girl. (9 mo bernedoodle) In short, Jessie had been through a couple surgeries, lots of hospitalization hours, and many ups and downs. The week process to go through this was of course emotional and very hard to see our young family dog go through. Through each issue (good or bad), Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital provided many updates, explained how she was doing, walked us through next steps clearly, and provided compassion when news was given that was hard to hear. The team here helped cheer Jessie on throughout the week and worked to get her back to health. Unfortunately, we had to make one of the hardest decisions since she wasn’t getting any better. This is where the team far exceeded my expectations. During a sad time for our family, they were caring, professional, supportive, and again, were there to answer all the questions. To have your animal cared for is awesome, of course.. but to feel and see the love these professionals have is truly amazing. From the front desk staff to the techs and from the doctors to surgery teams, we felt the compassion for what they do inside the office and couldn’t have appreciated more how they took care of Jessie. To each and everyone who had a hand on Jessie in some way or another, I can’t thank you enough for making that horrid week a little better.
