"I have been using this pharmacy for more than 25 years, and always, I have been receiving good service. However since their new pharmacist Nick start working this place we went from best to worst! Three days ago, my doctor sent my blood pressure medication to Tom Thumb pharmacy. I was running out of my meds so, once I received the text from Pharmacy,I went there to pickup my medication.the staff in the pharmacy told me meds are not ready, even part they have text me to pick up my meds. finally I asked to talk to pharmacist hoping to locate my meds. The minute Nick came to counter. He was very confrontational and extremely unprofessional, rather than ask me, what is the problem he was rude , before checking the computer to see my medication is ready or not. finally, he checked the computer on.FOUND IT . I am moving my meds to market Street after 25 years and I will not spend any penny in this store."
"Was going through the self-checkout, and a survey popped in on the card terminal. Before I could do it, the employee monitoring the area ran over and started filling it out with all 10s. Extremely shady, what is the point of doing surveys if you don't actually want customer input????"
