"Brought my 8 week old kitten here 3 years ago, who my mom's friend found under her house in East Texas, miles from any other house. Asked the vet here to neuter him, was told he already had been neutered and probably had a different owner, I should check for a microchip (why didn't he do it? he's the vet). I asked my mom's friend, she assured me that it wasn't any of her neighbors. I should have pressed the vet, or sought out a second opinion, because believing him back then is why I have to rehome my cat now. After behavior problems came to a head a few months ago, I took my cat to a different vet to find out he was a double cryptorchid and he had not been neutered. Because who would have neutered an 8 week old kitten in the middle of nowhere Texas? Despite him now being neutered, my little guy still sprays and is territorial with my roommates cat. He's cost me hundreds of dollars in destroyed property. And he's breaking my heart because I can't keep him anymore, and I still love him dearly. Strongly do not recommend this vet. He did not do due diligence after I told him there's no way someone else owned this cat before me, and now someone is going to have to own this cat after me. If you know someone who needs a loving companion who can be the only pet, please let me know!!"
