"The one and only person working the entire store refused to check me out because he "didn't have a register open on the floor". Not sure how or why that's possible. I refuse to use self check out as it's loud and annoying and the guy had to come clear the machine anyway as I was buying an age restricted item. Do better CVS. Lord knows you can't do any worse atthis point."
"I have spent all day trying to get a prescription filled for a serious condition. Unfortunately, it had to be ordered or they could call around and see if another pharmacy had it in stock. After calling many stores she found it in Flower Mound. Throughout this ordeal she was making calls to me to keep me in the loop so I would know the status. This store has always been helpful. They have kind and competent people who go way beyond what is expected. It is a difficult job dealing in the 2023 drug world. They are always pleasant and they always try their best."

"The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Consistent issues on their side every time I go to pick up my medications. Pick a different CVS or use Kroger pharmacy. PS: found a huge black hair in my pill bottle after arriving home today."
"They didn’t have my prescription and asked if I wanted them to call another location that could fill it. I said yes. Angie told me she sent the prescription over and I should give them an hour. The other location never got the prescription. I had to wait for it to be filled again. Thanks a lot Angie!"
