"Most importantly, they took their time to get to know our dog, Max. It didn't feel like a conveyor line, like some other places we've visited. Very kind and caring professionals. They made sure to present all options and costs while making it clear that there was no pressure for certain things, and explained the reasoning for and against options I asked about. It wasn't a game to see how much money they could get me to spend in one visit."

"Customer service here is terrible. We scheduled a new patient appointment on a Monday and unfortunately something came up the day before on a Sunday (the office is closed on Sun so I couldn’t call to reschedule). I needed to push the appointment by one day and they were completely unwilling saying they had to have 24 hour notice. They were going to make me pay $65 again to reschedule. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. Things happen and sometimes a little accommodation is much appreciated. Due to their lack of customer service we decided to let them keep the $65 and find a different vet. Not a good first impression."

"The one appointment we had was fine. Vet was great. Receptionists on the other hand were curt, dismissive and I believe not trained. They lost my business because of front staff."

"Dr. Fritz and all of the staff made us feel so much more at ease about my furbaby being sick. They were beyond kind and courteous to us, answering our endless questions with patience as well as being understanding with our budget. I will always recommend this clinic to any local friends who need a reliable spot that will take care of their little furry family members. I'm so grateful I took a chance on them! "

"They scam you out of money. They give you a quote and after the procedure is done and more than $100 difference, we are told it was due to changed medication and the staff did the quote incorrectly. Don't blame your mistakes on staff. Act like a grown up, own up to your own error and apologize for your mistakes. Then make it right. I would give 0 stars if I could just for the ignorance. They should contact the owner before making changes. It is disrespectful not to make contact before you proceed with any procedure. Very disappointed! Will not be going back. And his nails were bleeding when he got home. So no, your apologies don't count for me."
