CVS Pharmacy

"This CVS closes their pharmacy at 7 pm on Sundays. I arrived in the drive thru at 6:58 pm in the drive through and they had already closed the shades. I received the automated welcome message saying someone would be with me momentarily and since the shade was already drawn down, I had doubts, but I waited in case someone did come over to raise the shade and help me since I did arrive before 7 pm. I waited there 2 minutes until it actually was 7 pm. No one came and so I parked and went inside. I was at the inside pharmacy by around 7:02 pm and the pharmacy staff were leaving as I walked up. I told them I arrived before 7 pm in the drive thru but they had closed the drive thru early. One woman said \"No, we close at 7 pm\" as if she didn't understand what I had said. And I argued but no one would help me. I really needed that medication that evening and so I am very disappointed. I get that everyone wants to go home and no one wants to deal with a last minute customer, but when the hours say until 7 pm you should stay open until actually 7 pm."

"Nice Pharmacy. Except they ran out of Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325 a LONG TIME AGO...without telling the customers! Mine were due 12/5/23. I completely ran out of those pain killers 12/17/23. I called 12/16/23 and they said "I should find a new Pharmacy- cause we don't know if we will EVER get them again!". Tom Thumb was out. Kroger was out. 3 other Pharmacies the CVS HOTLINE gave me, don't accept phone calls! The Pain Doctor knows a special Pharmacy that HAS THEM, and has a special permit, to deliver by mail! You have to sign for it. I think this special Pharmacy only responds to DOCTORS. Not Patients. It's called "Hometown Drug" in Ennis, TX. Good luck. Communication with CVS isn't too good. And they keep trying to refill my 90-day Prescriptions about every week. "Your Doctor is not responding to your refill of xxxxx." No kidding? It's not due for 3 months! They're kinda screwed up. There's no way in their App, to tell them ANYTHING! Always a high-stress hassle."

"The pharmacy staff is good. The STORE staff, NOT so much. I was going to CVS because I WAS getting coverage. Once that ran out, my costs went up so significantly that I could no longer get the meds for my heart and nerve damage. I will NEVER walk into another CVS ever again. There are better pharmacies - Better stores PERIOD"
