"First, they’re always out of medication. When you call to check, you’re on hold for 45 mins and then they hang up on you. If you do manage to get a hold of them, they try to get you to call other pharmacies to find your medication and get you to do their job. WORST PHARMACY EVER."
"This Lake Worth store is unable to fill prescriptions on time. The pharmacist explained she cannot order your prescriptions until the store runs out. I routinely go days without badly needed meds. DO NOT GO TO CVS."
"My prescriptions got called in around noon by my provider and when I came to get them at 6pm, they still weren’t filled and i was told they wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I’m in pain and having a hard time getting around so I asked if there was any way they could fill them quicker. The pharmacy tech, Michael, told me to go wait in the bank parking lot next door and he would bring them to me when they were ready. He was very abrupt and seemed annoyed. When they were done, about 10 mins later, he yelled from the window for me to get back in line and pick them up. We haven’t been with this pharmacy for very long but we’ll be switching to a different one in town. Unbelievably bad customer service."
"They do not have COVID shots in stock. Will let you schedule appointment online but you arrive and they tell you you're out of luck. Wouldn't recommend scheduling any vaccines here until they can call to let you know they are not available. Or call before you come and make sure you don't waste your time and gas money!"
"Very poor customer service at the Lake Worth location. (Not the one in Target) I am a new customer at this location. No consultation given on a new medication. On hold on the phone for 45 minutes, then disconnected! If they do answer they are rude. How many customer complaints is it going to take before something is done about the pharmacy employees at this location? A Very Unhappy Customer"
