"Extremely rude, young female cashier. I wanted to look at which chicks that I wanted and asked her if I could see them. She gave me a dirty look and said, " well...you can look at them through the fence." I was actually kind of shocked. Wasn't expecting that kind of behavior. I told her I wanted to buy some and that's why I wanted to see them. She rolled her eyes mumbled something under her breath while walking to where the chicks were. When I said I only wanted 2 she said, "gotta buy 4 and pointed at the sign". It was very rude, short and completely unnecessary. To be honest it threw me off guard and really bothered me. I'm not easily offended but that type of blatant, mean behavior was bizarre. Ill be sticking to Atwood's and Russell's from now on."

"I have been coming to this store for 15-20 years. Tonight I stopped in to buy $400 worth of feed. 5 protein tubs and a few bags of range cubes. The “manager” named Daniel helped load me up. He loaded my protein tubs, asked me if I had my cubes yet and I said no. He then says nothing else and pulls the forklift inside and shuts the door. I then call the store to let them know I’m still waiting on my cubes(I had already been waiting 30 minutes to get loaded) she says she will send someone out. I wait another 10 minutes and I see Daniel loading fence for another guy. I go and tell him I’ve been waiting a while and would like my cubes. He then gets in a heated argument with me about it and says that it’s not his job to load cubes, I would need to go in the store to get them myself…. Terrible customer service on tractor supply’s part. I think I’m going to start going to attwods."

"Had the most amazing experience here today, everything from the purchase to the customer service we experienced when we discovered an issue with the purchase were impeccable. Santiago (I believe that’s correct) the manager jumped through hoops making sure we were more than taken care of with an incredibly kind personality and all the while going above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks so much guys!"

"When the sign says 9pm they really honor that. We walked in at 8:54pm for dog food and they were welcoming not once being annoyed by us being lost and running around the store. Staff working on closing shift 04/06 kudos to you."
