"My dog was in critical condition. I did not have enough money to place him in their critical care unit. There were other animals there that were doing way better than mine. I asked if he could be seen soon, possibly before the other patients ahead of me because he was in terrible shape. He couldn't even hold his head up. The staff member said " no ma'am, they were here first." Had I paid the 570. I have no doubt, he would have been seen sooner. Five hours later, he was seen. After continuously asking for the doctor. By the time she came in. He was completely depleted. They sent me home with meds. Ten hours later he passed away. I rushed to the clinic thinking there may be time to save him. Unfortunately, it was too late. I had him for eleven years and the manager came in and told me, more than once. " I don't mean to be rude but I need this room. " I was only with him for an hour after he passed! Yet, they brought me the payment documents. More than once. The staff, have absolutely no empathy. Nor do they, have any compassion for the patients or clients. It's just a job to them at the end of the day. All they seem to care about is how much they can drain your wallet. What did they think. I was going to run out of the office with my dead dog and not pay! They didn't even have the decency to allow me time to properly say goodbye to my dog. One hour only after having him eleven years, and him passing on the way there. Is definitely not enough time. One would think. They would have a list of organizations that would be able to help with expenses. Or at least guide you in the right direction to inform yourself of resources that can help. Unfortunately, they don't care enough to provide that. Being that this happens more often than not. You would think they would have this information at hand. I highly advise any pet owners to not take their fur babies to pet doctor 911. I called this morning to inquire about the cremation. In a very truculent way, the lady over the phone said " he was picked up this morning." And abruptly hung up. She was rude and didn't even grant me a follow up question. Talk about great professionalism."

"Back again in the middle of the night. I wish my dog would have better timing. We thought it was another allergic reaction and weren't going to wait as long as we did before, so I took her at midnight. They were super busy and had some bad cases, so we got pushed down the line. Even though it's personally inconvenient to wait several hours to be seen, our case wasn't life or death (and the medications I'd given her had kicked in and she went to sleep in my lap). I'd rather have to wait a long time, knowing someone's critical case was getting tended first because if my dog was critical, I'd want them to see her first. The vet, Dr. Nieto, was very thorough, really listened to her situation and gave me several options for treatment. Made me feel like we were working together on her situation. He said they were extremely busy for several days in a row, some critical cases, and their hospital full. That's got to be stressful job. So we were calm and cool, and so was the staff. Meanwhile, my dog is doing well again. Bottom line: I'd take my dog there for regular care if the waiting times were shorter, but if you must get seen TODAY, this is the place. Be prepared to wait. But the care is good ."

"I can't say enough for this Vet or the staff. They saved my cat, he would have died that day, I'm sure. He was so sick when I took him in. Now he is back to his old self. They presented me with a treatment plan and the price. Emergency visits are not cheap but I am grateful that they have always been there when we have needed them. The staff is kind and patient. Certainly recommend them if your pet ever needs emergency care."

"My regular vet refers his after hours patients here, so on a Sunday we brought our terrier in with her face swollen, red and losing fur. No idea what she got into! But they treated her quickly and well. They sent home medications and very clear instructions. It wasn't as expensive as I thought after hours emergency care would be."
