"Took my pomeranian Dexter to Nolana ANIMAL Hospital for the first time. He saw DVM Bentsen on time of my appointment. My new pom had never seen a vet. From the staff Zachary whom I made the appointment with, staff from front desk to the Vet technician and DVM Bentsen were all amazing and caring. Staff at front desk went the extra mile and walked my dog to my vehicle since I had a baby in a carrier with me which made it extremely difficult for me to hold both. They are ALL wonderful. Thank you for such superior professionalism and sincere kindness and care. Will definitely be back!"
"First experience with having a dog on my own and the veterinarians & medical team at Nolana Animal Hospital help make it less stressful. You can really tell they love animals. :) My regular vet is Dr. R. Ramos and he’s, honestly, the best. Always willing to answer my questions and go above and beyond for B!nkst3rZ (aka Binky). For example, I had questions about the neutering procedure and possible risks. Dr. Ramos reached out and eased my anxiety about it, as well as tempering my expectations about any possible behavioral changes. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bentsen and appreciated how he handled Binky with expert care and kindness. Thank you."
