"Words cannot describe the experience I had with this physician. The lack of empathy and bedside manner were disturbing to say the least. Just to mention one of several unethical behaviors from Dr. Bala….Right after my mom was handed a paper sheet by assistant to change, Dr. Bala walks in the room as my mom is undressing/EXPOSED and doesn’t excuse herself to let her finish. She says just take your pants down all the way that will be fine. She rudely tells my mom the symptoms and pain she is feeling “doesn’t make sense” “ma’am are you sure” I could go on but won’t spend anymore energy on this. I just wanted to warn others who are thinking of seeing this Dr."
"Very nice office, especially very clean. Everyone is proffesional and very helpful. Dr. Bala is very knowledgeable and disscusses everything with you and is very professional. Corina is also very sweet and helpful she works in the front desk. The nurses are also very professional and helpful as well. This office makes you feel comfortable. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Wait time is 5 to 10 minutes if you even have to wait."
"Dr. Bala is AWESOME! She takes such good care of my whole family, my children love her and are very comfortable going to see her (even the teenagers ) , she is up front and honest with you and will spend time with you to develop a treatment plan. "I've had a very unique situation happen to me were timing was terrible, but after I had a bad experience the staff worked together to resolve my issue. Rather than push me away they worked harder behind closed doors and to meet my needs, and get me taken care of. Class and professionalism was at its highest when I strongly considered changing doctors. Overall the staff surprised me and helped me to their best abilities and Dr.Bhuvana Balasekaran help me to get my illness resolved after spending so much time with me."
