"I often felt unprioritized and in the dark by this firm. I would have preferred more condensed proactive communication than what often seemed like long rationalizing responses. Example Day 1: Initial consultation I was under the impression my case would be filed (and thus start the timer) in about 1.5 weeks. Day 12: I followed up on the status Day 14: He confirmed he didn't need anything else, expect ~ 7-8 days Day 27: Left a phone message (no response) Day 31A: I followed up again e-mail Day 31B: He responded and I learned my case was filed on Day 28. *appox calendar days and summarized I believe I had a simple case, (the respondent accepted responsibility and did not have a lawyer, no court appearances). Yes there was a staff change and vacation time and he apologized after, but I was not notified of such changes to the timeline ahead of time. In the end the case was completed successfully, but I felt it was a stressful experience."
