"Can Jesse be any ruder? Other guy actually rolled his eyes when he spoke so fast the lady ahead of me could not understand him. Jesse was rude because I did not have one strip of tape on my box, I've taken returns to other locations in the box but not taped and never had a problem with the clerk using a single strip of tape without berating a customer. Won't return to this store, I will drive 6 miles to the next one or use a competitor."

"If you have any business packages, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had to drop off a package for next day shipping which I do probably every three days. Today I went to this ups location (not my regular location) the girl at the front could not do it first then she called Leo from the back, who stated I needed authorization, all the while I had an executive from the company on the phone who was explaining we do this all the time for our patients. Leo, the “franchisee owner” started laughing taking it as a joke. He kept interrupting not wanting to hear the response to the answer. When I asked him what is store number he stated he does not have one. Leo, it’s 7078 . You can thank the other ups location I went to that gave me your information. A formal complaint with corporate about you having a franchise with them has been placed. I honestly wish there was a zero rating. But hey, there is a reason you have a 2.8 rating."

"Waited my turn in line… when it was my turn, I asked if the employee could hold the door open for me so I can go get my large box and carry it inside. she said, yes, then, as she walked me towards the door, she then turned around to go back to the register to help another customer who walked in behind me. I stopped and walked back towards the register with her. She said, I thought you were going to get your item I said, I thought you were going to help me hold the door. She said I will when you bring the item to the door I said well if you could hold the door it’s very heavy I would appreciate it. She then began to argue with me, in the most polite voice, saying she would hold the door as she walks back to the register to help the customer who was behind me. Then she said she didn’t understand what the problem was, I said I didn’t have a problem. I was just waiting my turn. Addi Trujillo Needs to have more training on understanding how to help somebody and not lie to customers and turn around and help the people behind them. Then, as I was walking out the door after finishing my business there, she started laughing at me. I will spend more gas money to go somewhere else and I hope that this experience helps other people understand that this girl is only polite on the surface and seriously does not understand true Customer service."

"This location always exceeds my expectations! I went today, just after Christmas the place was packed. All three employees were working diligently and effectively as a team to get everyone in and out. Even the customers that had incorrectly provided return numbers they assisted quickly and got everyone in and out. I highly recommend this location and all the employees are friendly and nice. They are always professional and never seem stressed out. Kudos to the management and the staff.!!!"
