"0 stars.....charged $2.00 to print their OWN label for a return. Yet when I go to FedEx/Kinkos right down the road on 26, they will print a UPS label for free. Their own competitiors label for FREE!"
"Mr Chris and his co worker were very helpful and patient. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing, and was politely greeted by Mr Chris. He processed my return, and when I asked about printing, he extended those services along with his co worker who stepped in and provided me with further instructions. I did not feel rushed at all but instead welcomed as soon as I opened the door. I recommend this store to any and everyone !! ♥️"
"I’d give it a half star if I could. Billion dollar company paying employees 6 figures but want to charge $4 to print out a label. Their own label. They won’t even put one strip of tape on a box for you either. One strip. They tell you you can purchase a roll of tape and tape dispenser if you need one strip of paper. No favors, no exceptions, no customer service at all. The guy at the front desk looked at me like I was the fool for not paying $4 for their label. Every time I have gone to this store I have gotten bad customer experiences"
"I went in to send a return back to Amazon. I needed a little more tape to secure my package. I asked the person at the counter to use the tape that she just but away in front of me! but she refused and was very rude and very unprofessional. If you really need to use UPS drive the extra 10 minutes and use the pipeline store."
