"Go to place to print, copy and fax! prices went up and they also are making their own prices. 11/17/22 upon walking in the store there were only one customer who’s already been helped, no one greeted me so I walk to the counter there were two ladies boxes up customer items and I politely ask for a fax sheet and the lady name Veronica answer and said you mean a cover sheet and I said yes and she gives me on and I fill it out. One of my papers were too long so I go to make a copy. It wouldn’t work properly so I ask Veronica for help she came and help me. I needed fax done so I give the papers to Veronica. She goes to charge me for fax services before she sent the fax so I ask could she send the fax before I’m charged to make sure it went through she huffs and puffs and goes to send the fax and as I’m waiting she assist other’s customers and when my fax is done she says it’s busy do you want me to try again I say no that’s ok. Still holding my paperwork in her hand she charges me for a copy that’s .49 cents for one copy and I say to her I’ve never been charged for a copy she says well whoever been doing that is wrong and we charge I say the manager always is the one who does it for me and before I get to get my words out she snatched my papers off the counter and goes to get a manger and I say I did ask for a manger she comes back still with my papers in her hand I say to he can I have my papers I’m not going to run off for .49 cents she looks at me and rollls her eyes and older man pays for my papers for me then she gives me my papers and say to me I’m sorry you’re having a bad day In a sarcasm voice and I say to her I’m having a blessed day thank you and I say thank you to the guy for paper and I want out the store. They have classless, unprofessional, demonic, trashy people working for them and I would never go back to them again and this is not the only ups store that has rude employees, the one on university is no better"
