"We hired them today due to them being referred but It was by far the worst moving service I have encountered. It took them 6.5 hours to move a small 2 bedroom with no huge item’s except couches, washer/dryer and 2 bed sets. They broke the door on an almost brand new washer which the owner spent 45 minutes I was charged for to not be able to fix it and the 2 other workers just piled things randomly. I labeled all the boxes to be organized. The owner worked hard, unfortunately his workers did not. I had to stay on them the entire time. My brother has stage 4 cancer so getting him moved quickly and efficiently were top priority. Today was not the case. He waved the $75 dollar fee but charged $1,142 for the move. I could have paid friends way less or just used the amazing movers I had a few years ago. I spoke to my acquaintance who referred them and neither of us will be using or referring them again. Moving is already difficult and to not have supportive, professional movers makes it 10 times worse. I suggest going elsewhere if you’re moving a family. It will cost you way too much using them. Update: they apologized on here however, have still not solved the situation. Words are just words without action. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Please DO NOT use this company. No matter if this was an exception or not, it’s THIER responsibility as a company to do a job they were hired for and do it correctly without breaking big expensive items. My client who referred me even tried to call them multiple times and they refuse to speak with him. Bad for business!"
