"Literally the most condescending staff. Tamara is the most bitter middle aged woman I've ever seen. Super unwilling to help, attitude everywhere for no reason. Not only did she also mess up my dogs hair the previous time and basically butchered his face, he was not matted or anything she just cut it off super choppy and not at all what I asked for. Would not recommend"
"Didn't like how they cut my little dog's at all, it looks like they have no idea on how to demat, they just cut my pet's hair so close to her skin that she had her skin exposed in more than one spot. Plus, very expensive for the poor service."
