The Oltorf location in South Austin adds a touch of old-school funk with a splash of bling, while the newest and largest store at 51st and Clarkson offers a unique shopping experience with selfie-worthy vignettes and a season-inspired Staff Picks rack. "Don't really ever leave reviews, but I thought this was a pretty cool place. Thrift shop that uses money it makes to help animals in need at Austin Pets Alive. Seemed like a nice clean environment and the employees were super nice too. I thought the prices were reasonable. Got some good quality stuff for a bargain and knowing my money is going to something good for a change was a pretty good feeling. I'll be sure to stop by again and I know some friends that will love it too."
"I was excited to check out this new thrift store as I love the idea of finding great deals and supporting a great cause. However, I got there only to find used tops for $28! Some were even more! Some of the stuff was priced even higher than retail stores charge for the same item brand new. Sad, I would have bought quite a bit if the prices were representative of a thrift store, and not a wannabe department store."
"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! African Americans walk in no one greets. Other races walk in they greet with a smile!!!. I even walked around counter and the lady working the counter said nothing! DON’T SHOP HERE DON’T DONATE HERE! Goodwill around the corner and across the street on 79 heading east!!!"
