"If you care about your dogs, do NOT board them here. It's an office space in an office park with no dog-boarding facilities whatsoever: my dogs were kept in an empty room for two days; they were never walked (their poop was covering the floor when I arrived despite them being housebroken); when I arrived to pick them up they were throwing themselves against the glass front door trying to escape (which was locked, since there were no staff present); and when I got them home they rushed DRSPERATELY to their water dish. I can't speak to the place as a grooming facility but as a boarding facility they are negligent to the point of criminality."
