"My poor lab/put mix was sensitive about having his nails clipped and I wasn't sure I'd want to subject someone else to his sensitivity. But I decided to give him a bath at least at the grooming place and they could try to do his claws. It took longer than I expected, 3.5 hours, but when i picked him up he was so clean and his claws were all trimmed! He's happy, I'm happy. Worth every penny and a nice tip."
"I would not go here for dog grooming. I did not get at all what I asked for, my dog looked like an entirely different dog than I know. I literally asked for a trim and to keep his shape (teddy bear head, longer hair on face and head than body) and thats not at all what we got. The groomer didnt even bother to come out and explain why she did not do what we asked, instead sent her co-worker and she said "Harper said he didnt like his face or feet touched so its a bit choppy" I cant tell you how much of an understatement this is, and hes been getting groomed every 6 weeks his entire life. Way too expensive to be so disappointed."
"This team knows how to deliver customer service and the grooming department. Team work was an A plus and communication from drop off to pick off was perfect. Pucci looks great and we will be back."
