"We stopped in today to look at hummingbird feeders after getting ice cream next door. We are always nervous taking our wild crew of 3 under 5 anywhere, but the ladies in the store immediately made us feel welcome by offering coloring pages and stickers! The woman helping me was so knowledgeable about the birds likes and even the seasons you can spot which type! The selection is enourmous, fairly priced and good quality! We left with a hummingbird feeder, Squirrel "party mix" (custom blend!) And plans to scout spots for new feeders so we can come back."
"What a little gem this shop is! Well stocked with all kinds of things for bird lovers that I'd never even thought of before. I talked to two staff who were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm especially excited for the specialized goldfinch seed and feeders, and grateful for the cleaning items and little holographic window decals to prevent birds from hitting windows."
"This is a wonderful store!! One of the employees went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I believe her name is Ingrid and she was incredibly knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. She was so good with my son and taught us both quite a bit about birds! She was patient and answered all our questions very well. We've had great experiences at this store every time we've gone. I'm grateful for the employees at this location and highly recommend this business because of them! Y'all are appreciated... Thank you!!"
"Today was my first visit to Wild Birds Unlimited. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I wish I had made note of the name of the incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff person. (It was Cara or maybe Kara.) She is a beautiful representation of the store. She helped me immensely and answered my questions. I especially appreciate the lifetime warranty of their bird feeders. This place is great! Beautiful yard art too. "
"I love visiting my local WBU store. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that they know me by name and always ask about my eastern bluebirds. We enjoy sharing pictures and stories of our special little winged friends. The quality of seed is the best out there and I am confident that I am getting the best seed for my birds. Also, they have the best live meal worms in town."
