"I brought my dog in at 11 am and was told it would take 5 HOURS which was already long enough, then I called after 5 hours and they told me it would be another 2 hours before I could pick my dog up. After over 7 hours of waiting I finally got my dog and his haircut was uneven and I had to fix spots up myself that they missed. I don’t know how they have 5 stars because anytime I’ve taken him here they’ve done a mediocre job and it’s never an even haircut. Don’t waste your money or time. Also when I came to pick him up I was standing in the waiting room for over 15 minutes after getting a message that my dog was ready before one of the non-grooming Petro employees approached me asking if anyone had come out to talk to me. Absolutely ridiculous"
