"This place is amazing. The teachers and management go above and beyond to do activities, crafts and exploration in different learning areas. They keep me well informed in all areas. I feel like my 8 month old learns so much and benefits greatly from coming to Kindercare Joliet. Thank you to her teachers for helping her learn, grow, and have so much fun. Thank you management for running a clean, beautiful center and helping your teachers have everything they need. Today they are thinking of the dads and celebrating them with Donuts for Dads. But again above and beyond with the whole breakfast spread! Way to go everyone!"

"My 2 daughters have been coming here since they were about 2and a half -3 months old and I couldn't be more impressed with the education and care. The center is very welcoming and clean. Every single teacher and office staff are wonderful and take care of my babies like they are their own children. I feel confident knowing my children are safely being taken care of when I am working. They are like their 2nd family. The toddler and infant classrooms are so warm and welcoming and that is because of all the hard work from the teachers. The TK and Pre-K classrooms are so clean and have daily curriculum for my daughters. I am so happy that I found a place to enhance my children's daily development. They use ipads for pictures and updates which I really appreciate. They also let me know of an any accidents/incudents right away and wrote it up for me. The communication is beyond great! I highly recommend!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about this center. My son has been attending this daycare since he was in Pre-k. He is in school age now and he loves all his teachers. I know my kid will be safe and well taken care off, teachers truly care about each and all of their students. If there's ever an accident (because kids will be kids) they will contact me immediately and there's always an incident report for me to sign at pick up. They are great at problem solving. The center is always clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will recommend to my friends and family."

"This place is absolutely horrible charges you double the amount of money consistently and over charges for weeks that were already paid. I put in a 2 week notice for my daughter and they still continued to charge me even though she was no longer actively going. My daughter has been bit here more than once by other people’s children. She’s came home with nail marks on her skin. They didn’t even contact me when my child got bit until I walked in and was told what happened. I asked way prior to make sure that all incidents I was called about even if it was minor. My daughter was sick constantly being there. She’s been home well over a month and hasn’t had one sickness and has been perfectly fine. She contacted little red bumps on her skin from their daycare and pink eye. When you walk in you can clearly see the carpets don’t get cleaned consistently. I decided to pull my daughter out the day she came home crying her eyes out when I picked her up. I’m not going to be the next person to deal with my child being physically harmed by one of the teachers there. Also I’ve witnessed other people’s children getting yelled at by the teacher to stay in their bed when the child just wanted to sit up and wasn’t tired. I’ve saw some stuff that made me question why I have my baby here and mothers intuition knows best."

"My son has been coming here for almost 4 years. All the teachers are amazing, I feel they love my child and care for him like I would. They have definitely been wonderful thorough out the years and I wouldn't trust any one else to care for my child like I know Kinder Care has. Thank you all for everything you have done for my little boy!"
