"I called over the phone and her name was Angie, I’m not too sure but she was very blare with giving me details. I saw the reviews about customer service was great but I didn’t have that experience. I wanted to board my two friendly dogs and wanted to be more detailed but she was rude and didn’t even seem like she enjoyed talking about her facility. Maybe I will go up there next time to have a tour but with someone else."

"Today I have taken my service dog to Korob pet hotel for grooming. My dog is a small poodle that weights 13 lbs. When I booked by phone, the lady told me that the price will be 65$ taxes included. They took 3 hours to do the grooming, but at least the haircut was good. However they overcharged me 15$, because “the groomer thinks it is a medium size breed”. Weight it’s not an opinion, it’s an objective matter. I shared my discomfort but the lady’s at the front desk were unable to help me, even though they have the list price on the desk. So unprofessional. This is the first time in my life that I experienced been overcharged with my service dog, taking advantage of someone with disabilities it is simply disgusting. We will never come back, and I highly do not recommend to anyone."
