"If I could give them a one star, i will. Terrible service and lack of professionalism!! Have been coming to Petco since 2020 and have never had an issue. Groomer refused to get my dog groomed and the store manager basically backed her up with no legitimate reason at all. Have now taken my services to another store where they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!"
